The Rhode Island Assisted Living Association (RIALA) is a statewide nonprofit organization founded in 2000, dedicated to supporting assisted living communities and professionals. Our mission is to champion choice, dignity, independence, and quality of life for seniors. We are committed to elevating the standards of the assisted living industry through education, training, professional standards, publications, networking, career development, and other valuable resources. In 2019, RIALA established the RIALA Senior Living Institute, an affiliated organization with the goal of promoting healthy aging, improving care for older adults, and advancing the assisted living sector.
